The Learning Centre  Admissions

Admission in The Learning Centre is done after entrance exam conducted by the school. In England every school offer admission at different levels. School is a fee paying Pupil Referral Unit school for pupils from ages 5 to 18.  The school has total 512 pupils. Admission Procedure

School is an academically selective school.  Admission in The Learning Centre is primarily based upon academic merit which is assessed through an entrance examination, an interview at the school and references from the candidate’s previous school. The usual points of entry are at 5+ (Year 1), 7+ (Year 3), 11+ (Year 7), 13+ (Year 9) and 16+ (Year 12).

Admission Entry Level

School admit 39 pupils a year at Year 1, 29 pupils at Year 3, 90 pupils at Year 7, 30 pupils at Year 9 and a small number 3 at Year 12.  We may also have occasional places at other ages.  Please contact the Registrar/Admissions Officer for details. The Learning Centre Entrance exam past papers are available in the school.

The Learning Centre Scholarships are designed to recognise excellence and to celebrate exceptional talent.
